Tasting Notes

We've been sourcing this Syrah for years from Red Heaven Vineyard.  The vineyard sits just above Hedges on Red Mountain.  This wine has gorgeous pigment of color, striking dark red fruit on the palate.  You will sense the savory flavors of tobacco and a hint of bacon.  The fruit, tannin, and savory flavors are perfectly balanced, with a long finish.
