Aging and Barrel Program: This Spanish varietal is is fermented to dry and aged ever so perfectly in French Oak neutral barrels.   

Dominant Flavors:  Fresh lime, lemongrass, and hints of mango.   

Tasting Notes:

This well balanced yet fruit forward Grenache Blanc highlights just how elegantly it was crafted to bring out the lushness in the mouth feel and character of the fruit itself.  Tropical flavors, rounded fruit, bright acidity.

Temperature: Chilled to just off ice cold if desired | Decant: Not needed

Aging | Enjoy now or cellared for up to 2 yrs.

Food Pairing: With its full bodied and well-balanced acidity, this wine will pair perfectly with any fresh ocean seafoods, like Chilean Sea Bass or some fresh Alaskan Halibut. Or you could simply enjoy alongside your favorite house made hummus and garlic roasted crostini or your favorite pasta fagioli and a toast to your day.
