Tasting Notes
Repeating itself just like past vintages the 2019 Cuvee is once again precisely crafted. It has a well-focused frame or backbone from the Roussanne along with featuring mineral and white pepper accents to the white peach and ripe citrus flavors the Viognier. This is fueled by prominent acidity that needs some time to integrate fully. Nevertheless, this shows its consistent pedigree, with a long and beautiful, however complex finish.
