2022 Rosé of Mourvedre

Vineyard Sourced: Shaw Vineyards, Candy Mountain

Aging and Barrel Program: This gorgeous fruit is processed by maceration method.  Pressed and kept on skins for a very minimal amount of time, giving our Rosé that beautiful, soft pink color.  We used two different yeasts to bring complexity during fermentation.  Dry and aged ever so perfectly in neutral oak barrels.   

Dominant Flavors: Gorgeous and fragrant nose of citrus and peach.  Those flavors pull through on the palate as well, with zesty and luscious grapefruit holding on to a nice balanced finish.

Serving Suggestions

Temperature: Chilled to just off ice cold if desired | Decant: Not needed

Aging | Enjoy now or cellared for up to 2 yrs.
